For this leg of my Zingeroo journey, I was tasked with building out an entire web version of our iOS app. The requirement was to mimic our mobile architecture in both components and overall aethsetic.

Setting the stage

Discovery

Since this was a replica of our mobile app and not a net-new, feature-based design effort, there was no major discovery phase for this process. Discovery consisted of researching modern web design patterns and commonly used UX in Fintech websites.

Define

I then built out the requirements for this effort:​

  • Map out all of the app screens on iOS

  • Make sure the web app is responsive 

  • Make sure the web app is accessible 

  • Keep the same component structure and design as iOS (parody the app for web MVP)
